Phil D'andrea, Terrible Tony D'andrea.

Phil D'andrea was imprisoned with Frank Nitti. I believe this was for thier involvement in the Motion Picture Operators union and their strike in the 1940's. He was later pardoned by Harry Truman. Truman pardoned a number of so called mobsters involved in this scandal. There are a number of D'andreas who were alleged to have been involved in the Chicago Mafia at the highest levels during the time of Al Capone and long after.
