I'm getting to a point in my research where I want to really connect with my ancestors. I know one ancestor, John Phillip Dandridge, was in Bachman's Company in the Civil War and have visited his grave as well as his decendants through my grandfather (Thomas Carlisle Dandridge). I was wondering if there are any Dandridge's anywhere along this line that have anything to add - pictures, diaries or the like, documents outside of what I already have, etc... anything that I can view or stories that have been passed down from generation to generation that have been lost to me.

I really feel the need to fill this hole and would appreciate any help. I'm going to contact Rehoboth UMC soon and see if they have anything to add from their records (mention of Dandridge's and that church was in Early Methodism in the Carolinas, I believe written in the 1880s-1890s).

For more info on my Dandridge line, please go to http://redgenealogy.tripod.com and click on the Project List link on the left, then click on More Info for Dandridge Project (first listed). Thanks!!!! God bless!!!!
