Researching the D'ANGELO families of Lockport, Niagara County, NY.
I believe that there are two different/unrelated D'ANGELO families living in Lockport. I am primarily interested in the family that married into the ESPOSITO family - which also consists of two D'ANGELO lines.

Obituary: Mary Esposito, 75, a retired secretary, died Friday (Oct. 9, 1998)
in Lockport Memorial Hospital.
A lifetime resident of Lockport, the former Mary D'Angelo graduated from the former St. Joseph's Business School and worked as a secretary for Standard Brands. She also worked as a legal secretary and a school lunch monitor.
Mrs. Esposito was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and its Altar & Rosary Society, and also was a religious education teacher for the church.
In 1989, she was named Citizen of the Year by the auxiliary of Aerie 825, Fraternal Order of Eagles.
She was active with the DeSales Mother's Club, the PTA, and the Lockport YWCA's 29 and Holding Club. She enjoyed reading and traveling.
Surviving are her husband of 49 years, John J.; three daughters, Donna Widera of Rochester, Susan Goodman of Newfane and LuAnn Jones; a brother, Anthony D'Angelo of Lockport; a sister, Louise Devine; and five grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:45 a.m. today in St. Anthony's Church, 9 Bristol Ave., with prayers at 9:15 in Taylor
& Reynolds Funeral Home, Niagara and Transit streets. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
