Sorry about upsetting anyone. I have multple, hand written, witnessed, legal documents, written and signed by a man named Robert Daniel with a single (one) L.
This man transfers property and says in some (dated 1709), that he, Robert Daniel {with one L},esquire, Governer of the Provenience of North Carolina, had married a woman named Martha Wainwright, and she had born him children from her body. There is a lot more, but you get the drift.
