Hi Fran!

I'm a descendant of Gov. Robert and Martha Wainwright Daniell, via John and Sarah Raven Daniell, via William and Rachel Howe Daniell, via Nathaniel and Martha Hannah Brantley (?) Daniell, via George and Sylvania Pearce Daniell, etc. I am interested in more than just people's names and important dates. I'm also interested in their lives and history in general during their lifetimes. I've been trying find information on Daniell's Island in terms of which Daniells lived there and when, and more information (not tourist type) about Pariss Island, since I understand that Gov. Robert picked that island for himself as part of his landgraviate. I'm also intersted in his Gov. Robert's life in Barbados and his trip from England. What can you share with me? Also, can you shed any light on the last name of the Martha Hannah who married Nathaniel C. Daniell (1774-1840), son of William and Rachel Howe? Some say her maiden name was Brantley; others are not sure. I have found some information that indicates that it may have been Sheppard. Thank you in advance for any help that you can provide.
