I found this N C Daniell was not the one I was researching. The N C Daniell I was researching was Nathaniel Daniell born 1774 but he died I think about 1833 in Emmanuel Co, Ga where this N C Daniel died in 1840 in Texas, I've no idea when he was born. I believe there is a good chance the two are related but could not find a connection.
