Hi
I believe the Edward Danyell of Flitton could be a son of Edmund Danyell of Suffolk and Essex born c 1460 (ancestor of Danyells of Acton Suffolk). Edmund's mother was Margaret Howard sister of the first Howard Duke of Norfolk and descendant via the Mowbrays of Edward 1 King of England. See my site http://prattens.co.uk/FAMILIES/DANIEL/start.html for more details.
regards
Graham Pratten
