Hi, thanks for your message. I had all that information too. BUT, I've had more than one person tell the that the Dorothy Chamberlain story is not true. That it was made up by some infamous genealogy faker in the early 1900's. So, NOW, I'm torn. I know there was a Dorothy Chamberlain, I've seen her name in many books and records. When I pointed this fact out to the "nay-sayers", they told me that those books were written AFTER the alledged fraud, and used the fraudulent information to write their books, even listing it in the Bibliography. NOW, I don't know what books can be believed. I've been stuck on Governor Robert Daniell for nearly 20 years. No one can agree on his parents, or even where he was born! I know for a FACT that HE existed, and was a Colonial Governor, (even have a copy of his portrait), BUT, I find it hard to believe that a man in HIS position would not have a well-published family tree somewhere! ESPECIALLY, if he was married to a member of a Royal family (Chamberlaine). They investigated that stuff before a marriage took place back then. So, I really don't know what to trust or believe when it comes to Governor Robert Daniell and his "wives". There HAS to be a TRUE family history on him SOMEwhere! Sorry, it's SO frustrating! I just want someone to find the TRUTH from BEFORE the "great fake".
