Daniell family genealogy 1635-1900

I was interested to read of Robert and Jeremiah Daniells south of the Mason Dixon line. I did run across a book published by the New England Genealogical Society, written by Moses Grant Daniell, Harvard class of 1863. He traces the family in New England from the original Robert Fisher Daniell (who was a registered freehold landowner in Roxbury Massachusetts in 1635). The book traces the family through many Jeremiahs, Warrens, Samuels, etc down to my grandfather Warren Fisher Daniell's generation. The book was in the harvard library, and I assume it is still there. perhaps the New England genealogical society has a copy somewhere as well...
Out of curiosity, of what state was Robert Daniell governor?
Mark Daniell
