I, too, have relatives buried in Danley Crossroads Cemetary. Sula M. Danley (b:12 Sep 1865 d:7 Oct 1905)& James Frank Taylor (b:2 Jul 1859 d:4 Jan 1933)were my gg-grandparents. Sula was buried in Danley Crossroads, but James F. was buried at Mt. Zion Cemetary. He donated the land it. Both cemetaries are in Coffee Co., AL. They had a son that died at one month old named Leamon Taylor(b:20 Feb 1889 d:20 Mar 1889), also buried there. James Frank's parent's, my ggg-grandparent's are there, too. Louis (Lewis) Taylor (b:23 Dec 1826 d:15 Sep 1879)& Harriet (b:7 Jul 1827 d:1 Mar 1879). I don't have her last name yet....one of my brick walls! As far as I know that's all of my direct relatives, but considering that most all of the Danley's were related, it seems we must be distant cousins!!! I've found the name spelled many different ways. I think it depended on what point in time it was and the level of education the individuals had. Sometimes I think they were at the mercy of the people registering the births & deaths! If there is anything I can help you with, please let me know. Good luck & happy hunting!....eva
