Hi Jo Ellen, thanks for the reply, I have only just found this site, its great isn't it, now, in reply, I don't think that my name is a family name, I was always told that mum chose mine and my sisters names so they would not get shortened, but sorry mum, kids always find a way! Now Joseph, I have heard it loads, and one of my uncles who died early 1950's was Joseph, and I know that several generations ago, they always named after previous generations, so he could have been after my grandfathers g.uncle which would be about right, but I have not been doing this long, and as all of the previous generations are gone its hard to confirm, although I have been in touch with older cousins by mail, and got some details, and when I next visit my sister in the UK, I will grab all papers from her, because my mother saved many papers, and I have already got details from some that I had after she died, and I will also be able to check things right there, and my cousin has some certs. that she is going to copy, she has already given me details from my grandfathers b. cert, which gave my John DANN and Arabella FULLER, Then a contact on a geneology site found Arabella Fuller a widow and her father on a previous cencus, its a real interesting jigsaw, I have also found the local LDS library and started going to browse, and found a geeology club to maybe join in the new year, but for now I will hope for clues to the long lost puzzle
if you want to email me direct I am at
