Harriet Dann m.1868 Thomas Crouch sussex

My husband's family is called Crouch and he has a connection to Dann. Does anyone out there know anything about Harriet Dann she was born in the Ticehurst area not too sure on the date think its 1836 to William and Sarah. She married Thomas James Crouch in 1868, but there seems to be no mention of her in the 1881 census and Thomas married Jemima, very confusing.

Any help would be gratefully received.
