Richard, I have some Dann's in my family that came from Maidstone, Kent, England, but I don't know much about them and I don't know if they are related to yours. The only names I have are John who married a Susanna in the mid to late 1700's, they had several children: William, John, James, Catherine, John and Mary. Their first child William married an Esther Barlin. They had a child in 1815 named Esther who married a John King. John and Esther King eventually came to the states in the late late 1800's. John and Esther (Dann) King were both born in 1815 in Maidstone. I'm sorry I don't have any more information than that at this time.
