Yes, they'd be the one's on the '41 census and in '51 James & Mary are listed in the Linton almshouse, he as a pauper gardener.
The name Price adds another possibility to the baptismal record of Ryse. Similarly his brother's baptismal record was Thomas Martin D although his marriage record was Thomas Marden D.
The birth of Sheriff Henry D at Loose on 3/9/1847 is certainly at odds with the '51 census record of a Sheriff D aged 11 months at Loose but with such a distinctive name you'd have to think they were the same.
