William Henry Dann & Victoria Eleanor Hills - 1889+ look up

I have William Henry Dann, marrying Victoria Eleanor Hills on 15 May 1889 in Ulcombe Kent. But cannot find either of them 2 years later in 1891 census.
Am now suspecting they might have emigrated.

Victoria was born 13 July 1862 in Ulcombe Kent.
I have no details about Wm Henry Dann.

If you have access to census look ups in Canada, USA, Australia etc and find them I would love to know where they ended up, and if they had any children.
They could be anywhere in the world.
