We could be related although there are quite a few branches of the Dann family. My great grandfather Mark Dann and his wife Clara had 3 children: Mark E, Alice (Nell) and Edith May. I am descended from Mark E. Edith May married a William Longuehaye and had 2 children. The marriage failed and she then eloped with an Arthur Henry Towner. I believe she had at least 3 children with him one of whom was Vera. I am in Victoria B.C. and have been corresponding with the son of Vera who lives in England. Vera is now in her 90's.
