I am not a Dann descendant but I have found a Henrich Dann who came to America on Oct. 1, 1754. Here is exactly what I found on him.....
Dann, Henrich - Hasselberg, Germany; May 16, 1754; wants to go to PA with his wife since he is unable to support himself honestly here. "Wants to see whether the Dear Lord will provide a little place elsewhere for him." Has 90 florins.
That is all that I have on him. I just thought someone of the Dann origin might need the info.
