Melville was my father's brother, his name was Wiley Dansby Jr. He grew up in Jackson, Mississippi. The Dansby originated from Denmark, it's a Danish name. That's what I've always been told. Melville also had a brother named Herald, he was always looking for relatives and doing family trees. I knew Melville by James, because that is what he went by.
