I too, descend from Timothy Dargan thru his daughter Elizabeth who married Burr Harrison. Have you seen Mr. Alcock's book on the Harrison's?.. I am seeking Timothy's parents. He apparently, from Carter's estate papers, was an overseer on one of "King" Carter's plantations before he bought land of his own in Virginia. But I can't go further back than.than about 1727.
