Hello Diane,

My maiden name is Dargan and I am very interested in my family tree. I live in East Yorkshire, England but my great grandfather came from the Republic of Ireland. His name was William and he married Harriet Terry in Ireland before leaving for England and arriving at Liverpool. After a short while he moved his family to Leeds in West Yorkshire, where my grandfather, Bernard and my father, Lawrence were born. I have a brother but, alas he has no children so this branch of the family will die with him. I know that several of my distant relatives have gone to Australia including a cousin. If any of this is of interest please get in touch.
