Jeannette, you were right, I had to re-look at my data, David was married to Margaret Barnett. Sources that I have on them are:1860 the family moved to Northfield, DesMoines Co., Iowa where Daved served as Justiace of the Peace and Postmaster(see courthouse records). Margaret was living in Des Moines Iowa in 1855. See Deed Book L-I-450, 10 Oct. 1846: David and Margaret conveyed 2 acre to Jacob Messimer.
