SC. STOKES LITTLE TO NO PAPER TRAIL. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Im looking for the parents and decensants of Manuel/Emanuel Stokes.Informat was H.G Walters, death cert. says that he was born April 5 or 6th , 1862, D) May 17, 1919 in Darlington county, Lydia township, SC Father's name is Manuel Stokes, mother is Nellie Walters.
Manuel Stokes married Margaret Laney (Roxie) Lyles 12-24-1889 (verified through my g grandmothers bible records), to this union was born: Cleveland Stokes B)1893,Samuel Stokes 1894, Hoyt Stokes 8-09-1896,Carl Stokes 1899, Alma Abt) 1900, Elma UNK, Corine ABT 1902, John (Johnny) abt.1905, Colel'UNK...Hoyt Stokes married Mayde? with one girl child Emily) in the 1930 census..I did find an Emanuel Stokes and Bonham Stokes living with Mary Walters listed as grandchildren in the 1870 census. I have several very old pictures that a cousin has, I found her last year.Some of the pics are unnamed some are named..
