I found two obits online, one for Elizabeth (DALBY) BAUMGARDNER and one for her son-in-law, Frank Byron DARR. They were both in the Cherokee (Iowa) Times. The address is:

Unfortunately, the site does not give a publish date for Frank's obituary. I added his age, 83, to his birthdate, 1876, to get 1959.

Mrs. Morgan BAUMGARDNER
Mrs. Elizabeth BAUMGARDNER, 82, died very suddenly Tuesday night at 10:30 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank DARR, 602 North 11th Street. She had been well up to within an hour of the time of a heart attack.
Mrs. BAUMGARDNER will be remembered by many of the older residents of Cherokee, she and her husband, Morgan BAUMGARDNER, being among the earliest settlers. Mr. BAUMGARDNER died 13 years ago. Mrs. BAUMGARDNER's home, for the past 25 years had been away from Cherokee, the last four being at Mankato, Minn. She came to Cherokee recently to make her home with her daughter.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Methodist church, Rev. Arthur Rinkel of Mankato in charge. Burial will be made in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Surviving children are Mrs. Frank DARR of Cherokee; Will of Waterloo; Mrs. Grace KRAMER of Danbury, Wis. Mr. and Mrs. Will BAUMGARDNER arrived Wednesday morning.
The body will remain at Appleyard and Boothby funeral home until the hour of the service.

Frank Byron DARR Funeral Service Held Monday
Final rites for Frank Byron Darr, 83, were held Monday afternoon in the Three Rivers Presbyterian Church with Rev. Harry TRUSCOTT of Orange Cove officiating. A resident of Three Rivers for 15 years, he died of a heart ailment in his Long Beach home on April 14.
Soloist for the services was Earl MCKEE, accompanied by Laura WEAVER at the organ.
Burial was in the Three Rivers cemetery. Casket bearers were Ollie SISLER, Lorin FINCH, Hal PACKARD, Earl MCKEE, Gene GRAY, and Dan MONAGHAN.
Born in Landora, Iowa, August 15, 1876, he served 40 years as engineer with the Illinois Central Railroad and was a member of the Brotherhood or Locomotive Engineers.
Following his retirement, he and his wife Nina moved to Three Rivers in 1944. In March of 1959, they sold their home and moved into a new home in Long Beach.
He is survived by his widow, Nina; four children, two sisters, and several grandchildren.

I assume that "Three Rivers" is in California. Orange Cove (for certain) is in Fresno county.

Also, one of the casket bearers was a FINCH. The DALBY family is married into a FINCH family. I do not know the relationship of Lorin FINCH.
