Hope you have already found what you need -- otherwise, please let me know what you're missing,we might have it. But as far was we know, it is not certain that William Darwin was born in Louisa, though he is definitely living there within two years of the county's creation in 1742. Also, see my postings of August 2001; we are still trying to resolve the question of William Darwin Jr/Sr (I think the one born 1707 is in fact Senior, not Junior as often reported), and I do not know the source for his wife's surname being 'Wilkerson', though seeing how widely this is reported it is hard to imagine there is not a good source for this (but I wish I knew what it was!!)
