Darwin/Bland Bible Record - Source?
Posted by: Tim Darwin Grana Date: September 01, 2001 at 23:49:42

We have seen many references to a source described as the 'Darwin/Bland Bible Record', and indeed have a photocopy of the same. It shows some births of Jane (Bland) Darwin's siblings and those of some siblings of her husband, John Darwin (b.1755) of Louisa Co. VA and York Co. SC, as well as a note of floods on the Broad River of SC in the early 1800's. Does anyone know the provenenance of this document, and its present whereabouts? It is fragmentary as we have it, perhaps there is more to it than we have seen? Any further info on this important source would be most welcome! Many thanks
