Direct Darwin line as I have it here is (by generation):

1. William Darwin (1707-1786) of Louisa Co. VA m. Jane Wilkinson/Wilkerson (1715-90)

2. James Darwin (1744-1825) m. Mary Cowan (1746-1818); this son migrated first to York SC, subsequently to TN (I am descended from his brother John, who remained in SC)

3. George Cowan Darwin (1771-1853) m. Delilah Harrington (1776-1843)

4. George Cowan Darwin II (1812-1876) m. Margaret Richmond (1823-1898)
I have posted all of their children under your other listing; hope this helps! Happy hunting!
