My 4th great-grandparents were Martin V. Darwin and Mary E. Kidd. I only know of one of their children, Carrie Lee Darwin,who was born 14 Feb 1881 in Gaffney, Cherokee County, South Carolina.

Carrie married Robert Randolph Smarr on 22 Apr 1903 in Hickory Grove, York County, South Carlina. Carrie d. on 7 Nov 1914
in Hickory Grove, York County, South Carolina.
