Hi Celwste,

Just read your message, no idea of any Darwood siblings, by that time I just took my direct line and did not bother with any other. One gets so many names I now have over 7000 in my tree and could easily go into the maga figures as I have Winston Churchill, Lord Nelson, Sir Francis Drake and even QE the Queen Mother as relations, so if I start adding all their relations I dread to think how big it would become, so am afraid that by then I was only recording direct names and no others.

I used to sit for hors in the records office in Huntingdon, but live now in North Yorkshire and doubt if I will be down that way again.

Try John Darwood, he has done a lot of work on the name and has used the records office a lot.

Sorry, all the best.

John S
