I have two great grandmothers who were Dasher's. My Dasher families are from around Tattnall County. Some are even well-known Vidalia onion growers and shippers. I can't seem to find out anything past my g-g/ms. I feel certain, given Tattnall County's proxminity to Savannah, that they were kin to the other Dasher's of that area. One of them married a Mock whose family was from Screven County just north of Effingham County. Anyway, I live in Florida and though I am familiar with the Huxford vols. I don't have ready access to them.

Can you tell me if there is enough info. on the Dasher's to warrant a trip to Homerville?

Thank you.
