Data is Italian. Goes back on records to l500's in Torino Piemonte area of Italy. Forno is the town. There is a town DATA near there. A Frazione - tiny. However, there also are Datta names there. Then in Poland there are Data families. There was a migration to Poland in the l600's however I am not sure these are they. Your person's first name is clearly not Italian. Do you know any more details?
