My name is Carla dauber and I live in São Leopoldo/ Rio Grande do Sul /Brasil. I am researching my family tree and I find that they comes from Altenglahn - Germany in 1829 to São Leopoldo.
At the Church registers in São Leopoldo I find two Daubers that I d'ont know the destiny - Cornelius Dauber and Jacob Dauber- and a woman - Jacobina Dauber- wo was witness in the marriage of Emanuel R. Körber and Enriqueta C. Rimmenthal in 23.11.1847 in Montevideo. Maybe they have a tie with your family?
Thanks for your attention, best regards
Carla dauber
