Brandon,

I have read the Daux messages and you are a close match to mine, almost perfect in fact. Here is my situation. Someone in our family gave this to my great-aunt. I have several of these names and more. The problem lies in the fact that I have almost no documentation for the information I have. I have William the Huguenot born 1675 France died 1754 Albamarle, County, Virginia. He married Elizabeth Daux according to what I have. Could her name have been Elizabeth Ann?

Their son married Elizabeth Littlebury and they had a son Elisha who married Phobe Dodd and they had son named Nathan who married a woman named Nancy, they had a son named William who married Clarinda Chapman and they had Mary Susan Witt who married John Pierce and the had a son named John Robert Franklin Pierce wh married my Great Grandmother Cecil Marie Heady Witt. She is my grandmothers mother. According to my information we have Witts intermarrying.

The problem is I am looking at a very confusing handwritten descendant chart. Could you share what info. you have with me?

Also, we have native American Indian blood in our family. My grandmother has those papers. She keeps putting off getting them to us but I hope to take care of that in January. One of our ancestors was a full blood Chickasaw and Black Foot from Oklahoma.

I will keep your posting and look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Tammy V. Fisher-Heldenbrand
