Found in the newspaper, Raleigh Christian Advocate, Raleigh, NC, April 16, 1884:

Death notice for Tully Davenport, b. Feb. 1, 1814, d. Feb. 15, 1885 in Tyrrell Co., NC; leaving widow and 6 children.

I have no interest in this family and only post this as a resource.
