001234-92 (Nipissing Dist) Joseph DAVID, no age given, farmer, Hull Que., Chelmsford Ont., s/o Jas. DAVID & Philomin BEAU, married Edesse PROVOST, no age given, of Chelmsford, d/o Henri PROVOST & Julianie SABOURIN, witn: Henry & Edmond PROVOST both of Chelmsford. September 5, 1892, at Chelmsford. (RC)

the first place given is the person birth place so looks like Joseph born in Quebec.

As the wedding is RC, contact the church in Chelmsford and find out where the records are now,and order the marriage cert. It may give you his home parish name.
