Hi Jammie,
I do not know much about my relatives past my grandfather. I do know that they lived in the Brownsville area. That is just across Matamoros, Mexico. I do not know where AguasCalientes is in reference to Matamoros. With respect to my grandfathers parents or brothers and sisters, I know very little. I have heard stories about the name Vicente as being a sacred(???)name. It was so important to the family that two brothers were named Vicente. They wanted to insure that a Vicente would survive the times. Another story I heard, was that the other Vicente, my great uncle, had joined a group of bandits that terrorized the local ranches. How true these stories are I don't know. If your clan recognizes these stories, than we can put the Davila line one notch closer. Thank you so much for responding to my posting.

Noe
