Names a brother, Joseph Storms residing in Hillsdale co, MI, and with him is their mother over the age of 80 [prob from the 1880 Federal Census]. Who made up the rest of the family?
Anyone have any data on this family and the ancestors, PARTICULIARLY interested in the mother, Filura / Philura.
Was she also married to a Hughes?
Was Hughes her maiden name?
Did she have a sister Clarissa, both perported born in Vermont. By 1880 Federal Census they both were living in the household of Joseph S Storms at Jefferson, Hillsdale, Michigan. Philura listed as "mother", Clarissa listed as "aunt".

Were Philura & Clarissa daughters of Anna Beebe and Kitteridge Davis?
Kitteridge who was born in Mansfield, CT, grew up in Somers, CT, married & lived and had children born in Wilbraham, MA; moved to Westminster, VT and had more children & some died there, filed for Rev War Pension in 1832 from Enosburg, Franklin co, VT where he reportedly died.
