I am trying to trace an Oliver Davoren who emigrated to Australia in 1851 from County Clare. I lose track of him from the on - can't find any further BD&M information. Having just come across your posting I was wondering if maybe, just maybe, there may be a connection, unless of course you have differing arrival data etc...

He could easily have arrived and then travelled to Vic - heady gold rush days in Victoria.

I am clutching at straws, I know, but just thought I'd ask.
