Hi Sherry,
I strongly recommend that you re-examine the evidence that you have that......'Sarah Dawsey who had 2 sons prior to marrying Daniel Windham'. I do not think that is accurate information. Who told you that? What proof was given that made you believe that?

From what I have been able to determine about Edward Dawsey who you mention, is that he is a reliable, respectable Dawsey researcher. You 'indicate' that this information that Sarah Dawsey having 2 sons prior to marrying Daniel Windham came from Edward Dawsey. I think it is not correct that Sarah Dawsey had two sons prior to marrying Daniel Windham and I find it hard to believe that Edward Dawsey said or wrote that this Sarah Dawsey had two sons prior to marrying Daniel Windham.

Again, what evidence do you have that Sarah Dawsey had two sons before marrying Daniel Windham? I think someone has given you some incorrect information and, frankly, I doubt that it was Edward Dawsey.

I hope we can clear this up. If this is accurate (about the two sons prior to her marriage to Daniel Windham) then there are going to be a lot of interested Windham and Dawsey researchers wanting to see the evidence. If there is NO evedence to support that Sarah Dawsey had two sons prior to her marriage to Daniel Windham.....or if the person who told you that is not reliable (I do NOT think that person is going to be Edward Dawsey because I think he is reliable), then I hope we can put this harmful rumor to rest.

We need to know if there is any evidence or/and if the person who told you that has any credibility. If there is no evidence then we need to examine the 'motives' of why someone would make-up that story.

I hope Edward Dawsey sees these posting and responds. Again, I do NOT think it was Edward Dawsey to told you that.

Sherry, you (or anyone else)may email me directly for further discussion of this matter.
