I have a question about James Luther Day born on 1/4/1889. His death certificate lists Joseph N Day Jr & Mary E Berry as his parents. I have found an 1880 census and there are several children listed, but James Luther Day is not in the place he should be.
On another public family tree for Joseph Nathaniel Day Jr. & Mary Berry there is a familiy picture with the name Jim, as one of the children. Could his name have been left off the census, since there are so many children, and an error was made? (This family tree also refers to the 1880 census).
I don't know if this is the correct family for James Luther Day or not. Everything but the census points to this as the correct family.
Can anyone help clear this up?
