Georgetown 1836 -1856 Howell family

William H. Howell died in Coshocton Ohio May 1904. His obit said he was born in Georgetown, D.C in 1836. He move to the Coshocton area in 1856. Was married twice -I have a lot of his Ohio information -census reports and such.
What I am hunting for is anything before 1856 --Who are his parents, -I found in the 1850 Georgetown census a Wm. Howell age 14 that would fit with his age - it list a A. Howell age 49 (mother?) and a C.Howell -Male, L Howell -Female, I Howell -female, A Howell-Female & E Howell-female
