Diane – even though the obit states that the body was returned “here” (Fredericksburg) for burial, I wouldn’t rule out the possibility that a change took place and her daughter decided to have her buried in DC. According to obits for Lucy’s son-in-law (Charles Knight) and her grandson (Harry Knight), both were buried in Glenwood cemetery in DC, so perhaps Lucy was placed in the Knight plot in Glenwood. Just something you can run to the ground if you just can’t find her grave in Fredericksburg.
