Hi, I am curious to know where I can view the death indices for the years between 1890 & 1910. Is there an archive in the DC area available to the general public (fee ok), are old death certificates viewable on microfiche somewhere?

I am looking for my great grandmother's death record, Margaret or Margaretta May who died between 1890 & 1908 in DC, I would like a copy of her death certificate but don't know her maiden name or when she died exactly.

Additionally, does anyone know how to contact St Mary's Cemetery by phone or e-mail? All I get is a busy tone (wierd for a cemetery!) @ their listed number. Her husband Nicholas May was buried there in May of 1908.
