Researching Benjamin Galloway, wife Martha, living in Kent Co. Delaware just before the Revolutionary War. Enlisted in the First Battalion Maryland Loyalists. Discharged because of wounds suffered Battle of Monmouth (1778). Brought family first to New York, then to Sorel, Quebec, then to Augusta Township, Ontario, then to Saint Lawrence Co. New York. Children: Susan (John Gorman), Margaret (John King), Sarah (Philip Dulmage), Martha (Duty Galloway-relation?), Ann (prob. died young), Benjamin (Charlotte Spicer), Mary (Eli Throop), Nancy (William VanCamp), Joseph (?). I am descended from both Sarah and Martha.

So far unable to find any record of Benjamin's birth or marriage. Where was he born? What was his wife's maiden name? Who were his parents/siblings?

I would be please to hear from anyone researching this family!
