Delaware Death Certificates up until 1935 are on file at the Delaware Public Archives. The Web address is http://archives.delaware.gov/default.shtml

If you prefer to contact them by post, the address is as follows:

You may want to contact them to verify that they have the record you seek. I suggest email them at archives@state.de.us or phone (302) 744-5000.

I requested information in the past and a volunteer researcher on their staff inormed me of what they did and did not find. There was no charge for that. I went to Delaware and they copied the documents I requested for 50 cents each. I suspect you will prefer receiving the record by post and am sure they can provide instructions on how to proceed.
