Thompson Horsey Sussex County DE/Caroline County MD

Looking for any information on Thompson Horsey born about 1775-1785. I believe he was born in MD (probably Somerset County). He appears on the 1810 Sussex County DE census and then later on the Caroline County MD census. I believe his sons were:

John H. Horsey b. 1 Apr 1805, d. 25 May 1881
Revel Horsey b. abt 1813
Nathaniel Horsey b. abt 1813
William B. Horsey b. abt 1819, d. 8 Feb 1882
Josiah C. Horsey b. 1807 d. 1842
