The church you are looking for is at Carey's Corner. I don't know if that is an official name though. I did see the church once in a Christmas events announcement and it it is a typical frame building that doesn't look like the satellite view on Google. I live in northern Maryland but have three sisters who live down there if you have any specific questions that I can ask of them. I understand there is a cemetery there as well.
The difficult thing for you is that the church is in Sussex County and Milford is in Kent. I won't be down there until April but if you have any specific requests, email me and I will see what I can find out.
