Middletons from Down Ireland to PA - need help

I am trying to get ANY information on Middletons that came over from Down or Donegal County, Ireland. The ship they may have come over on was the "Eagles Wing". This is the second ship that bore this name, as the other ran aground in 1715. The second ship was primarily for the egress of Presbyterians to the New World, and home-ported in Groomesport, County Down, Ireland. Its port of call in the new world was primarily Newcastle Delaware. My group of Mids were in Lancaster County PA ca 1727, and ended up in Virginia with the Caldwell settlement at Cub Creek. Any help would be appreciated, especially with the Pensylvania connections.
