The marriage records look to be from a church (the same church)and not the typical Delaware reports to the State or licenses. Therefore, they do not report the parents of bride and goom. At leat two stayed in DE as shown below. There is another Rossiter family in the area as well and the marriage record is identical to the form these two were recorded in.
