My suspicion is that the four children listed in the 1900 Census for Louise Rossiter include all of the children from both marriages. Three are in the 1900 Census, and it's possible that a fourth was already old enough to marry and/or otherwise go on his or her own.

Also of note is that on the actual 1900 Census form for this Rossiter family, the years married for Henry was originally listed as "20" but crossed out and replaced by a "7".

Since my posting (yes, all of a couple hours ago), I've found out that Henry's first wife was named Maggie McLaughlin, and she died on October 16, 1887 in Philadelphia at the age of 27. One of their children, Henry Jr., also died young (in 1906 at age 23 of tuberculosis), and "Maggie McLaughlin" is the name listed as that of his mother.

Theodore married Annie Gorman in 1908.
