Thank you, this goes along with the oral histories we have so far, notes saved and other pieced details. New Castle is correct. This will help me, the "Hundred"s were confusing me, and this narrows it down.
They left around 1832 coming to (Highland or Union not sure at moment) then settled in Knox 1837. I believe 2 more daughters and a son were born after this and before 1840, Hannah born in 1837, the oldest Elizabeth was born 1824.
The children are listed as born Delaware on census but it may be the wife Mary stayed behind until Abraham settled land, or they just said Delaware to be easy. I have one family member who has given 3 different states as his birthplace.
The earlier census reports do present a challenge!
